Pros

great benefits - health, dental, vision, HSA, $300 wellness, holiday gift cards, PTO, 12 paid holidays, essentaily no problems missing work as long as you call in up to the day before (counts against you if you call the day of or leave during shift). You can move around departments and positions within departments to find your fit and I have seen people move up to supervisor quickly. different shifts to choose from weekday 5:30 to 3:30 monday through thursday and rotating fridays. weeknights 3:30 to 1:30 with rotating fridays. weekend shift friday through sunday 6 to 6. you can switch between shifts if needed. You can request to work at multiple locations there are many in the fargo area or move to another location out of the area. You hear of new opportunities before they are available to the public. they provide tuition assistance. many great benefits. If they see you are a good worker they may overlook some bad behaviors just dont make it a normal thing. pay is decent if you work nights and weekends you get a 2 dollar differential for nights and 4 for weekends. they try to make everyone happy and care for employees but they do have a business to run and you can't make everyone happy so the marvin family talk is just talk remember that, it is a business.

Cons

for the most part everyone is very helpful and kind but there are a lot of employees and that can lead to workplace drama, he said she said, their see something say something policy has everyone knit picking on everyone for any little thing that anyone is remotely irritated by. Some of the policies are rediculous but can be avoided like no cans on the production floor can get you written up but you can poor it in a bottle. I recently recieved my degree and I have spoken to others as well, it is easy to move around positions in the production area but once you start asking about roles that require degrees in the offices they don't seem to have any answers or care to help you move into "those" positions almost as if they want to keep you on the floor and applying on the site for some reason never seems to work. But I will say the people in those positions seem to be happy and enjoy their job whenever they wander onto the production floor they spend all their time standing around laughing and talking on the clock.
