Pros

Good benefits, room to grow, nice location.

Cons

Probably the worse company culture I've ever experienced, no one was friendly, no one laughs and I generally felt like no one wanted to be there. They have money and aren't afraid to spend it but when I worked there the office jobs were a revolving door and the open air office space led to no one wanting to talk because everyone could hear anything you said, it felt like you working in a library. Also the work is some of the most mind numbingly repetitive I have ever done. Also poor training, the kind where they give you the minimum info and then coworkers watch you make mistakes and not correct you, thinking it will make them look better. The shop seems like they better moral to be fair.

Pros

Good pay without any needed experience or product knowledge

Cons

New hires make more than employees with 10+ years experience Department management ranges from terribly incompetent to terrible human beings, with very few exceptions to be found Plant management is underhanded and untrustworthy Company management is completely out of touch with the needs of their employees Human Resources spends more time protecting managers from the consequences of their actions than they spend helping employees with their problems Promotion is based almost exclusively on nepotism Advancement based on ability is practically impossible Benefits can be difficult to utilize Mandatory 50-hour weeks Offered 8-hour shift is actually 9 hours Area is expensive
