You can move around departments and positions within departments to find your fit and I have seen people move up to supervisor quickly. different shifts to choose from weekday 5:30 to 3:30 monday through thursday and rotating fridays. weeknights 3:30 to 1:30 with rotating fridays. weekend shift friday through sunday 6 to 6. you can switch between shifts if needed. You can request to work at multiple locations there are many in the fargo area or move to another location out of the area. You hear of new opportunities before they are available to the public. they provide tuition assistance. many great benefits. If they see you are a good worker they may overlook some bad behaviors just dont make it a normal thing. pay is decent if you work nights and weekends you get a 2 dollar differential for nights and 4 for weekends. they try to make everyone happy and care for employees but they do have a business to run and you can't make everyone happy so the marvin family talk is just talk remember that, it is a business.
