      Pros

      There are amazing people at Marvin. It is a strong company with strong future, and the people involved make that happen. A lot of people take pride in their work and care.

      Cons

      There are a couple leaders who get away with too much, and border toxic management. Their knowledge and tenure with the company doesn't justify terminating them, but a shift to newer roles would be best. Everybody knows who they are, but nothing can be done currently to remove them from their positions.
