Pros
Great benefits, easy work my 3 yr old could do, good pay. CEO Paul is fantastic. Constantly giving away food or free stuff to people. Extremely safe environment. Weed is ok here in your application process and while employed but don't have an accident. They offer classes to help stop drug use or you have to take the L and lose your job for 6 months. Very positive and helpful management but they sometimes have favorites. Best place I've worked at. Period.
Cons
We now pay for proformance and if certain people do your yearly review, you won't get the raise you deserve because they simply don't know or don't care what you accomplished. Sometimes shortstaffed but keep in mind, you're there for 8 hours and go home, someone will come in behind you and pick up where you left off.
