one or two more dollars/hr than competitors right now. generally excellent supervisors and coworkers doing the best they can with the situation they're in.
Cons
dishonest recruitment ads-currently, almost all departments are working one or two mandatory Saturdays a month, with rumors of more after thanksgiving. I've never been so micromanaged in my life. I haven't been spoken down to like I have in some instances since elementary school, and some members of management/bureaucracy have had similar attitudes to their public elementary school counterparts. I've never before been told to push a broom to look busy, or seen so much emphasis on finger pointing over problem solving. None of those problems are everywhere always, but they are very widespread and ingrained in the company.
