      If you're young and need a job, you'll get plenty of experience here but that's about it.

      A lot of opportunity to gain experience (aka get overworked)

      They will under pay you and do not care about helping you advance in your career. Prepare to be overloaded with responsibilities that should be broken up into 3 separate jobs at least to be done well but also be expected to not accrue overtime. Extremely disconnected upper management. If you're not a manager, don't even consider trying to suggest ways to improve the business. They do not care that you have a business degree/experience and will disregard your comments/concerns due to the fact you're not a certain "status" within the company. Very focused on "growing the company" at the expense of the employees. Large pay imbalance between management and staff. No career advancement.

      It’s a job that pays and they always need help so even if you’re a felon you have a chance

      Cons

      6 day work weeks, benefits are lacking, you have to be there for years to use your PTO or they force you to use UTO so it’s gone quick, the main plant is hot as hell in the summer but they get away with not giving extra breaks by taking temps in areas where air flow is better
