Treat and pay drivers well. Usually no long waits to deliver product. But of course sometimes it can happen but the pay works it out. Good preventative medical benefits. Equipment is decent. Management is very understanding. Most routes 4-5 days over the road. Base salary 60k but can easily make at least 70k, that’s working 40-50 hours a week on average and weekends usually off.

Cons

Medical benefits with low deductible is a bit expensive. Still over the road and away from family if you have one. Product can be heavy and drivers “tailgate “ unload. But customers help with unloading
