You work Saturdays constantly (38/52 weeks in 2019). Although this has supposedly changed with the way they schedule their shifts, be prepared to work more than 40 hours most of the time. There is a large schism between different departments, like all places everyone seems to get along but there are deep rooted issues between teams. Their is a lack of respect for most of the top leadership, they hammer in their "Marvin" way, when there are stories and stories of the top brass acting in less than acceptable ways. It feels like one of those jobs where anyone can get hired (as long as you can read and write legibly). If you work on the dock, prepare for some toxicity. Most can handle it, but I personally saw three different people last under 2 weeks with the culture of the shipping dock. Incompetent management at times (I was scheduled to interview for another position in the company, my boss received an email about it a week before. I didn't find out about the interview until the morning of. Needless to say my dirty sweatshirt and unshowered hair did not impress).
