Pros

- Meaningful opportunities to lead complex product work and own end-to-end UX. - Collaborative cross-functional partners who genuinely care about the product and users. - Supportive design peers and a culture that values thoughtful problem-solving. - Exciting space to work in, with hardware + software challenges that keep things interesting.

Cons

- Priorities can shift quickly, which sometimes makes long-term planning difficult. - Resource constraints and unclear alignment at times created pressure on design timelines. - Some organizational changes led to uncertainty that affected team morale.

DO NOT WORK HERE

Pros

No pros in this place.

Cons

Might be okay for locals, but if this company is bringing you here, be warned. The place is disgusting and toxic in every department. If you speak up, you’ll be labeled and given bad reviews. You’re expected to do exactly what your boss says; your opinion doesn’t matter. Being the largest employer doesn’t mean being the best. They’re “large” because they keep hiring, just because people leave constantly. My boss is extremely toxic, yet he claimed the problem is in other departments, not in his. Ha! You’ll only be heard if you lick your boss’s shoes. And if you’re a Spanish speaker, oh boy, get ready for jokes and comments behind your back. It’s incredibly toxic. PLEASE, DO NOT WORK IN THIS PLACE.
