Time policy is absolutely horrible, good luck taking any time off. I’ve been denied time off requests even when no other employees had the day off in my department. They don’t really appreciate when their employees go above and beyond The management is a mess, with a plant manager who won’t let his supervisors do anything unless it was his idea first, and he belittles and talks down to anyone who doesn’t agree with his absurd ideas Raises are a joke I was told when I was interviewing that overtime was rare and they hardly worked Saturdays, I’ve been with the company for 9 months now and there hasn’t been a week without overtime and I think we’ve had maybe 5 or 6 Saturdays off in that entire time
