Pros

Great friendly environment, management on the floor is great, very encouraging of employees. Safety is a top priority, free PPE is a plus.

Cons

HR is a hit or miss. I was hired as seasonal when I wanted to be a full time employee, which means I didn't get benefits. When the seasonal time came to an end, I tried switching to full time, figuring it wouldn't be a problem because I always got good reviews, but was denied so I ended up without a job for a few months.
