Managers constantly fight with each other and micromanage their employees

Pros

The pay was good, the technology was interesting and I learned a lot about test electronics while I was there.

Cons

Managers don't get along with each other, they seem more interested in making each other look bad than shipping products out the door on time. Also, it doesn't matter how good your work is, your manager will send it back to you over and over and over again to make absurd and unnecessary changes. Micromanagement seems to be part of the company culture.

Pros

Good people who work there try their very best.

Cons

Toxic, explosive upper management, raises always passed over, yet they all drive Teslas. Lack of accountability & no growth to move up. CEO & President at each others throats, conflicting visions & company split right down the middle.

Pros

A great place to work, small company atmosphere with management involved in engineering projects, exciting technology (for engineers), a good benefits package with the best medical I ever had!

Cons

Always very busy - seems like they always need more engineers than they have. Nice building but more parking would be nice.
