Residents, front line staff and families make the work environment manageable. Excellent annual state survey in 2024.

Cons

The board is unprofessional and undermines the leadership, The board leadership does not provide support to leadership. Board micromanages from afar. The board says they care but are never in the building unless it is for a meeting. Toxic work environment.

Board pretends to care but can’t be bothered to walk the community and see what is really going on!!! They listen to long term finance and HR team members but don’t listen to the leader, direct care workers or residents.
