1. The kids are by far the best part 2. Lots of opportunity for growth 3. Fast paced so the day goes fast

Cons

1. Some of the administrators are less than stellar (but few are truly amazing) 2. SUPER short staffed 3. Admin can be VERY condescending. Although most of the time as long as you do your job well enough they’ll leave you alone.
