Pros

I love working with other women. I am my own boss and create my own schedule. I work around my military and my son schedule, and I still have the opportunity to be successful in this business. No experience need. Your director or local directors will guide, train and help you become as successful as you work your business as a business.

Cons

There are not any cons in this company. The staff and consultants are very friendly and are more like family!

Pros

Mary Kay has an immense amount of flexibility. This is a sales job, driven by YOU. If you want to be successful at it, you have to be willing to work independently and approach people. There are MANY success stories from Mary Kay Consultants, but you have to be willing to put the work in, like anything.

Cons

There really isn't a con about this company. If you purchase product within your first year, and decide you do not want to be a consultant again, they will purchase the product back from you. This essentially gives you a year to see if this is the right fit for you, without a cost.
