      The benefits are great, discounts are great, and the managers are great. Wonderful place to work.

      It's not the companies fault, but the commute is long. Other than that it's great.

      You are in business for your self. You can set your own goals on a daily basis. You build great customer relationships.

      Cons

      You have to constantly meet people to introduce them to the products in situations that are not always comfortable. Such as if you work in a major department store the clientele comes to you.
