      Pros

      It's your business. You get out of it what you put into it. Lots of support and motivational meetings and seminars. Perks include potential to earn gifts of jewelery, trips and even a car! Mary Kay empowers women.

      Cons

      None really. You must be a self motivated person to do this and not be afraid to ask for the business.
