Pros

It allows for you to make as much money as you want. If you only want to make an extra $100 a month, you can do that with minimum effort. If you really want to make this into a career, it is a possibility as well.

Cons

It is easy to get frustrated when a lot of people tell you no, but you have to expect that when you go into sales

If you don't like women, you need not apply! The Mary Kay "way" requires building relationships with women and establishing excellent customer service for an enduring business. You can't be successful selling Mary Kay without this vital ingredient. So if you dislike ladies and their various personalities, this is not for you!
