      Pros

      I can work my business as much or as little as I want.

      Cons

      It can be challenging to figure out what products to keep in your inventory. If you are working the business only part-time, and a customer wants something you don't have, they may end up waiting for it longer than you'd like them to have to wait.

      I am blessed with great team and department leaders and surrounded by smart, caring teammates who accomplish big things. I've grown. My role has evolved. I'm never bored and am confident that I matter, as well as my work, to my leaders and to their leaders. And I love working for a company where we're truly making tangible positive impacts on women, children and families around the world, through our business and also through philanthropic endeavors.
