      Pros

      Mary Kay is great for someone who is self-motivated and disciplined. You have a huge support system, but your success or failure is 100% dependent on your action. You control your hours and your income. There is great money to be made, you have to be willing to work for it,

      Cons

      This is not for everyone. It is a 100% commission sales career. Freedom and flexibility is great, but it will not work for someone who is not disciplined. Most of your appointments will be held between 5-10pm and on Sat and Sun.

      Pros

      It is easy to make money if you are willing to work. Mary Kay has such a loyal following that a customer is literally within 100 feet of you wherever you go. I am lucky enough to be a part of a great team with an inspirational Senior Sales Director. She motivates, congratulates, and inspires her team and does incentive after incentive after incentive.

      Cons

      Have to pay retail shipping on wholesale stuff. Other than that, I'm happy.
