Pros

Benefits are *amazing*!! Can we say "flex time"? Accomplishments are frequently and publicly celebrated, and personal development is strongly supported. In addition to academic reimbursement, there is an internal intern program that allows you to work 20 hours a week in any department. You can also spend a year rotating full-time among different teams.

Cons

The company may be more conservative than others in terms of taking risks with products. The company also doesn't invest very much in marketing or advertizing, so those teams have to be very creative with their small resource pool.

Pros

Flexibility, you are your own boss, the products are good, the girl time, making extra cash, recognition, lots of motivation.

Cons

The pressure to team build, feels like an MLM, can't move up until you team build, you try so hard sometimes and your results are unstable. If things seem aren't being done exactly told, they automatically think you're "reinventing the wheel". Takes up SO much time. You have to pay for everything (meetings, food, conventions, supplies) . Very difficult to handle if you already have a lot on your plate.

Pros

Pay is a little bit more then other companies Benefits use to be really good but are starting to become much like other companies Tuition Assistance

Cons

If you are an assistant you will not advance no matter if you get your Bachlor's degree. Clicks within groups. Like you were in high school People are not straight forward You dont know when you make mistakes until you get your review. Not easy to trust people they will throw you under the bus There is NO Golden Rule within certain teams!!! Administrative Assistant get left out of things and are treated lesser.
