      Get alot of other peoples mistakes that count against you if you work here

      Pros

      Work independently only having to go to warehouse once a week.

      Cons

      Only getting paid for a service call but have to rebuild the entire job. Other technicians will do hack jobs. When you show up to a customers home and you don't completely rebuild the job you will get written up and your metrics are used against you. Getting paid by the job can be a double edged sword. All people care about is their metrics. Watch your six at this place.
