You are paid by the job you could be on a service call all day long rebuilding it and $24 is all you will receive you don't get paid for Drive Time and overtime is a joke they take whatever your average pay is and cut it in half and that is your overtime for instance if you make $14 an hour $7 an hour is all you will receive for overtime hours having to pay $160 a month for a company vehicle is absolutely ludicrous if this company plans on keeping its technicians it should seriously consider paying more not only that but you will work 6 days a week 15 hours a day and work just about every holiday unless you have no social life and no family and live to work I highly recommend you look elsewhere speaking from a technician who has worked with this company in multiple offices 4 years with no change
