Pros
Skilled labor work, great introduction into technological and skilled labor trades. Toughest part of the job is crawling under houses.
Cons
The pay could be better, they are pushing sales as part of the job which makes increases the amount of interaction we must have with customers. It slows down productivity and the commission from any sale made is not worth the time taken to make the sale. The market is already over-saturated with technicians in other fields pushing the exact same products.
