Pros

Full benefits, 401K, health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, company phone/vehicle/equipment/gas card. Technical experience and decent pay if you work hard.

Cons

Intolerable hours and work load, terrible management only concerned with metrics. If you have a family and don't mind never seeing them or being too tired to do anything else this job is for you. Slack co-workers, unfair compensation for time spent on any given job. Too many things can impact how much money you will make on any given day since you are paid by the jobs you actually get done and close.

Take home work vehicle, discount cable, good way to gain experience to work with a better company that will pay you more.

Unreasonable hours 12+ a day, low pay, the risks of this job does not match the pay

Nothing don't waste one second on mastec you'll be better off flipping crabby patties

Cons

no personal life no hourly pay 1000 stupid rules customers supervisors are stupid and poorly trained hot as hell in the summer cold as hell in the winter always wrong even when you right super high turn over rate they work you like dogs low pay dirty house dirty customers routes make no sense at times paying for the van all the other things they charge you for did I say crappy pay
