Can obtain a promotion quickly due to high churn rate.

Cons

Grinder of a company. You will work a ton of hours, weekends, after hours, etc. you will not have much personal time. You are looked at as just a number. Scapegoat mentality whenever there is an issue or a project fails. Crabs in a bucket mentality.

ran out of parts alot,didnt always get along (usual stuff), assigned a job outside of my comfort zone and got scolded.
