Cons
Pay structure is convoluted. Paid by the hour and piece work by the job. If it is impossible to finish a job, you are not paid for that job. You are expected to clock in when you get to your first job, even if you have driven 1-2 hours to arrive at the job. You are expected to clock out at the time you leave your last job even though you drive 1-2 hours back home. It is never clear how hourly rate and piece work is applied to your weekly check. There is manipulation on time sheets to adjust your pay. You are not allowed to request to work closer to your home. It is not uncommon to drive 6 hours out of the day and be required to work until late at night. The rule is if you don't finish the job, don't have one last part you may have to drive further to pick up a part. In everything you do, there are points counted against you and you can not even keep track of all the requirement and points.
