Within the three months I was employeed with this company two major layoffs occurred. You are thrown a lot at once.

Company truck, gas, laptop. Great team members.

Cons

completely disconnected HR, ungrateful management team strongly embraces negative-feedback/zero positive model. The pay was below average for my position and no annual bonus, unless you consider a water bottle at the Christmas party a bonus.

Great opportunities for advancement, enjoyable coworkers, friendly work environment. CEO who has good values and takes every opportunity to encourage employees. Average time-off policies, good benefits, 7 paid holidays.

Cons

Needs to improve their training for new employees as well as additional support for employees transitioning to new positions. Lack of organizational structure.
