      Health insurance is really good.

      Cons

      Men dominent culture. Employees encounter racism and sexim and have to accept it as part of the culture of the company. HR silenced the complaints about senior management. Sickening work environment with absolutely no work/life balance.

      Desires to satisfy customer. Willingly accepts additional work as customer demands

      Cons

      Never adequately staffed to perform work desired by customer. 8 months of 70 hours weeks never resulted in additional staff to keep the customer near100% satisfaction. Customer ended up removing projects from MasTec as a result.
