      Always 40+ where im at every week. Benefits are pretty great 👍

      Not enough pay for all i do. Most times in my position because of what I CAN do I typically do WAY more work than fellow coworkers. Can't complain because the guys that are here have been here for a long period of time, which is absolutely crazy to me. Not sure why but trying to move up the ladder after showing your worth just keeps you down at the bottom like most jobs usually do. Have to be a tattle tale apparently to move up. It doesn't even have to be true as long as your telling the GF. At least the guys I work for anyway. Good luck 👍

      Pros

      High pay with per diem if you accept a traveling role. They give you a rotation period every 4 weeks that includes 4 days off to go visit your family. I traveled the US instead.

      Cons

      Wishy washy with where your next project will be. They will lay you off if there’s no work, but will reach out to you when they find a place for you. It’s construction so expect 10hr days minimum. If there’s an urgent need your rotation will not be given but they might give you a day off afterwards. Heavy on the might.
