Thieves, crooks, and liars. Developed an ineffective business model based on hiring awful people and promoting the worst of them. No awareness for safety!! If you get hurt, they will fire you!!!!! Naturally this is against the law, but they could care less. Pay sucked for the market we are in... or I just got screwed in negotiating. Wanted to commit suicide every day

Pay increases are very hard to come by. 4 years with this company and I still haven't seen a penny's raise, despite consistently perfect performance reviews. My boss has an anger problem and will scream at his secretary until she is in tears. There are no sick days, no vacation until working a full year - which is fine, but you won't get additional vacation days until you work there for 5 years. I do all the office cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, window cleaning), although it is not part of my job description, and I receive no additional pay for the work. I may work 10 or 11 hour days, but I am not allowed to record more than 8. In my 4 years here, I haven't seen anymore get a promotion unless someone passed away, so if you're looking to move up in a company, don't pick this one.
