Working for well know establishment, convenient location

No structure at all, the management is a joke they go by the friend system, most of their hires are referrals in HR and Recruiting. The former TA Mgr was referred by someone in payroll and hired no Experience ppl with very little to no experience. The hiring managers you hire for are contruction drama queens who are used to their ways and dont care about policies that are put in place. The environment is very negative, its not a respectful place of employment and strongly advise you think twice. There is high turnover
