Pros
You get a paycheck. You might get one day off a week. Some of the people you work with are cool.
Cons
If you have a family this is NOT the place for you!!! You are chained to this job all the time. There is no work/home life balance. They say let's go to piece work you will get more time with your family. In reality it was less. Working literally every Saturday is for the birds. You never knew what time you were getting off work. Absolutely no training when it comes to new equipment. I was constantly told "if you don't like it quit". Denied vacation for no reason other than "because we can" 4 days before you leave on the vacation. You barely had the proper Materials to work with. Extremely unorganized. Jobs not going in due to customers having to reschedule, basically your fault. This is not a good job and I do not recommend it to nobody!!! Oh and upper management shady!
