Great growth potential and plenty of room for advancement, also they tend to attempt to advance from within. great pay

Cons

unfortunately personal politics, as with any company, sometimes conflicts with management goals and impedes forward progress through monotonous conversations.

Paid by the piece if you can get enough pieces of work. 401K with match. Affordable health with options. Company Truck and Gas.

Cons

You're just a number. I saw 100's of techs come and go. Managements attitude, no big deal, we'll get someone else. If you have a life before you start, kiss it goodbye, it's 12 hr days, 6 days a week. If they could make you work 7 days, they would. Management does not care. When you can't go anymore, when they have burned you out, they'll just get someone else. If you have young ones, kiss them goodbye, you'll never see them! The long hours include both weekend days. I had to quit this job to save my family. If you are married with yoing children, this is not the job for you!
