Nice co-workers to conduct the day with by helping one another on job sites.

Cons

System and products that needed to be installed sucks! AT&T Digital Life was a new product however much of the first generation installs were sitting in a warehouse since 2007. Jobs took longer to complete due to faulty equipment. Technicians could not leave until job was completed. Imagine being in a customer's house at 11:30pm from an install that started at 4pm, not to mention your day starts at 7am.

I guess if you want to work in telecom on major infrastructural initiatives, it's a place to be.

Cons

Greed-driven technocratic management, particularly in HR. They operate their central facilities in the cheapest backwater areas they can find to avoid paying fair share of taxes, salaries and benefits, and their HR people are worse than the KGB.
