The management is very inexperienced. And poorly educated. it is like a revolving door. They send you out for a two week class to learn the security system. Then you quickly realize the instructor dose not know what he is doing. Before I left for class my manager told me that training class will not teach you a thing. But you still have to go. The company promises you eight weeks of training when you get back that is where you learn. When you get back they tell you we lied now it is three days of ride along then you are on your own. The AT&T Digital Life system dose not work. It has so many problems it is not funny. I was sent on more Buyers Remorse calls than installs. Out of a twelve hour day you might get paid for six. They tell you that you will earn thirty dollars an hour. Then quickly change it to fourteen when you get back from training. Out of the sixteen people in my class, all had quit within twelve weeks. The most experienced tech had been there less than six months and he quit one day after me. We all kept up by text and phone calls. Until this company dose a complete change in the way they treat their new hires they will never keep employees. I would just keep looking.
