      Pros

      Customers only one who benefits,top notch home automation.User Friendly. Some techs have accomplished much like Abe Lincoln on their own,despite not having able or willing teachers.

      Cons

      From the highest officeholder down to most techs they know nothing about alarms or fire safety.Their national Trainers are dumber than a bag of rocks as far as the real world alarm knowledge Is concerned.Unlicensed techs putting smokes and carbon detectors in the worst places.They do not pay travel time despite laws and plain human decency.Local managers will eat their own to keep better techs away from their positions.They promise people positions and never even let them interview.Raises are not happening here.Some of the techs wear their bloody butcher aprons with honor and refuse to learn.
