Great growth potential and plenty of room for advancement, also they tend to attempt to advance from within. great pay

Cons

unfortunately personal politics, as with any company, sometimes conflicts with management goals and impedes forward progress through monotonous conversations.

The guys you work with are awesome, the benefits aren't to bad. The foreman know there job and try to help.

Cons

Lazy employees with bad attitudes, rather talk then work, the bosses won't fire their lazy sons. And a lot of people don't care about you as a person. (the veteran guys)
