      Good pay..Company vehicle provided. That's it.

      This is the worst job I've ever had in my entire life. Everything about it is a joke. The company is disorganized and unprofessional when it comes to it's employees and customers. Yes you do work long days, but time flies by so that wasn't an issue to me... Just the complete ignorance and incompetence of "management." I would not recommend anyone work for this company. The pay may seem good, but they'll find every way they can to screw you over for no good reason.

      planning never seems to be fully fleshed out by management. projected business meeting are full of "promises" instead of actual tangible planning. cheap and hardly awards success or improvement sets ridiculous goals and standards without providing foundation or resources to task no job security

      Company provided van and phone to use for work.

      Cons

      Putting 16-18 hours worth of jobs onto someone in a 10-12 hour work window. Paying piece rate so if the customer cancels the install or the job can't go in you suffer. They will mark you as on site in multiple locations to avoid being fined by DirecTV for not showing up in the customer's appointment window time. 6-1 work week because they are overbooked on jobs. Supervisors that actively do not answer phone calls.
