Pros

If you are a technician you will do great. As long as you follow the company rules it is an easy job and very rewarding.

Cons

Once you become a supervisor or manager, you get no support from senior management. They go out of their way to look for issues, often creating the issue in the process. At one point I had to manage multiple sites with no raise in pay. Even when they had me doing so for months at a time, even years in one case.

The people of the Centennial office are extremely nice and easy to work wish.

Cons

Extremely poor communication with the rest of the team (Clifton Park, NY) and the business requirements provided were extremely vague. I found it extremely difficult in completing assignments within the defined time frame. Plus they seem to have an arrogance in communicating to you and expect you to complete the life-cycle of software development with limited guidance.

They put a shirt and possibly a coat on your back

Cons

THey don't even pay minimum wage and training is about half-a**ed. Going out with a "seasoned" tech may mean that you are going out with a tech with less than a year in the field. OH MY!! Be careful of the vans. They are worn out from the start with some approaching and going over 200k on the odometer
