Employment was hard work but pay was horrible.

Pros

You had an assigned vehicle that you took howm so if you have a slow day you can sleed in or come home early.

Cons

Do not get injured on job they will find any excuse even if it is false to lay you off while you are on workers comp. Also if you dont mind getting up at 4:00am and some times working until 3:00 and having to stay in a hotel and going right back to work than this job may be for you. I have a family so it was very stressful on them.

Cons

Terrible pay after your first 90 days, organization is horrifying, training just isnt enough for some people, you work alone on every job no matter what, everyone is spread too thin, dispatch will give a job that is not correct, and you arent trained how to deal with a dissatisfied customer.
