      Pros

      When your out of the office you have freedom, and Can make good money. You can learn a good trade. Learn it, get fired and then get your own truck and sub contract. You dont have to deal with management threats and distress.

      Cons

      SUPER HIGH TURNOVER. RUN RUN So many to list and I cannot type that much. The score card system to incorporate you promo/demotion is get stricter and stricter every day. You are held responsible for faulty equipment and incompetent customers. If someone calls in with 30-90 days it goes against you no matter if you what the issue is. The customer could have thrown the remote in the pool, and it goes against you. You are questioned the moment something goes against you and "it is what it is" or "suck it easy". It is the only job I have ever had where I work there longer and make less money as time goes on.
