1. A lot of great people to work with 2. They care about people 3. They go to bat for you when they know you are doing good work

Cons

1. Salary employees work on weather days even when the site is shut down for hourly workers OR you are expected to work from home 2. Too much bookkeeping/paperwork i.e. Tracking the same thing in three ways on three platforms/programs
