      having a job and experience

      pay is not steady, pay does not match the amount of work involved in install, unrealistic score card which is used to control promotions. Supervisors have a bad problem with dropping unscheduled jobs on you that another tech was 6 hrs late for; therefore leaving you with the irate customer and late night install. Lack of training, but turn around and say its apart of the job requirement; knowing it was not mentioned in the interview or training room.

      Pros

      To be honest I cant think of one single thing that would make it a pro. Except a discount on Directv

      Cons

      Don't work for this company. They require their employees to work 80-90 hours a week when they are on salary. They often state that Mastec does not care about your family, they just want you to get the job done. Senior management is so out of touch with the everyday operations, it is so sad. They force more work on the poor supervisors that you have to work over 15 hours a day in order to complete it with a 6 day work week.
