Pros
It used to be a job where you could make 20-25/hr doing honest work. During the last 3 years they slowly took parts of the piecemeal pay away or made them worth less to the point its difficult to maintain enough productivity to make more than minimum wage without doing jobs they teach you not to do for safety reasons but still send you to wasting your time and money expecting the techs to "break the rules quietly" (literally was told to me verbatim by all three supervisors in our location) so that if and when you get caught they can throw you under the bus.

Everything now. Terrible pay, management, zero respect.
