Avoid if you have a life outside of work
Pros
Take home company vehicle, you work independently, you get to see different places that you may have never known about, most customers are pleasant
Cons
On-board process was a lie (in my experience), the pay is $10/hr with the "potential" to earn $50K, unless you are cold calling customers and willing to drive hours between appointments you will not make anywhere near that amount. Training is 4 weeks and the 5th week you are on your own ready you are prepared or not. Training pay is $18/hr but you will transition to piece rate after the first 8 weeks ($10/hr + commission from each job you complete). You cannot clock in until you arrive at the first customers home which could be 5 minutes- 2 hours away. You don't get paid for jobs you cannot complete, no matter how long it took. You don't always get the tools and equipment you need for the job
