Pros
It's a job. I cannot think of much more than that.
Cons
Work-Life Balance is non-existent. High stress. PTO and sick time plans are poor and strict as to how they are allowed to be used. Pay is not at all equivalent to what positions should pay across the US. No severance unless you're an executive. High turnover rate. No time to volunteer to causes important to you in your community. There is no culture. Company is top heavy.
