A great company and position to get into civil field.

Pros

The position is full time with full benefits. The COS position offers insight to how a civil project is ran from outreach to construction. Very good base pay for the work you’ll be doing.

Cons

There are not many cons. I would say more than 10 vacation days a year would be great.
