Raises are a joke. Benefits are horribel!! Our premiums went up 200% as soon as Mastec took over. They are a terrible company and their CEO is greedy.

MasTec as a whole is a great company to work for. The only good thing I have to say about this location though is that the work isn't very difficult.

Cons

Management is very unorganized, refuse to train or promote, refuse to give raises, do not care about their employees and are strictly profits focused, as well as little attention to the importance of safety.
